Sonoma-Calif.-based Sonoma Creamery added Cheese Crisp Bars to its line of Crunchy Real Cheese snacks in June. The shelf-stable cracker bars are sold in Parmesan, bacon cheddar, Everything Cheddar and pepper jack varieties. The bacon cheddar flavor contains 110 calories, 6 grams of fat and 6 grams of sugar per two-bar serving. The bars are made with real cheese, organic brown rice, organic oat bran and other simple ingredients. They are available in retail and convenience store locations in various states, including California, Texas, New York and Pennsylvania. They retail for $1.99 per 0.74-ounce pack of two bars.
