The American Dairy Products Institute (ADPI) said it will organize, manage and conduct the 2019 Dairy Ingredients Symposium in conjunction with Cal Poly State University - San Luis Obispo.

The Symposium, now in its 21st year, will be held February 26-28, 2019, at the Hilton Santa Barbara Beachfront Resort (formally the Fess Parker Resort) in Santa Barbara, Calif. ADPI's technology consultant, Phil Tong, Ph.D., and Cal Poly's David Everett, M.Sc, Ph.D., FNZIFST, will co-organize the program. 

The symposium is designed for academic researchers, marketers, product developers and manufacturers in the dairy and food industries, ADPI said. It will feature U.S. and international speakers who will discuss the latest technical developments in dairy ingredients. The event will also provide opportunities to network with current colleagues and develop new relationships in the dairy science and ingredients arena.
