Schuman Cheese, Fairfield, N.J., launched single-serve portions of cheese under its Cello brand that are conveniently packaged in 0.75-ounce and 1-ounce cups and sold in a four-pack. The grab-and-go varieties are Dutch Gouda slices, sharp cheddar cubes and slices, aged Parmesan shaves and Fontina cubes. The suggested retail price for the packs of cheese is $3.99; they are sold in grocery stores nationally.
