Trimona Bulgarian yogurt (owned by Trimona Foods Inc., Port Jefferson, N.Y.) added four flavors varieties to its line — honey ginger cinnamon, raspberry coconut, mango passion fruit and blueberry lavender — in addition to its plain variety.
The non-GMO unstrained Bulgarian yogurt is organic, grass-fed, whole-fat and gluten-free. The honey ginger cinnamon flavor contains 130 calories, 4.5 grams of fat, 12 grams of sugar and 4 grams of protein per 5.3-ounce serving.
The flavored varieties are available in 5.3-ounce cups for a suggested retail price of $2.29 to $2.49. It's sold in Whole Foods stores in the North East and Mid Atlantic, and in Sprouts, Wegmans and other independent stores across the United States.
