The International Dairy Foods Association is cooperating with two international trade show companies for the next edition of its International Dairy Show .Come April 2017, IDFA will participate in ProFood Tech, a new show scheduled for April 4-6, 2017 at McCormick Place in Chicago.
IDFA’s partners in ProFood Tech are Virginia-based PMMI and Germany’s Koelnmesse. PMMI, Reston, Va., is an association for suppliers of packaging and processing technologies. It is well-known for its Pack Expo trade shows. Among Koelnmesse’s portfolio of events are Anuga and Anuga Food Tec in Cologne, Germany.

In a press release issued by the three parties, PMMI President and CEO Charles D. Yuska said, “We saw there was a need for a dedicated event that brings buyers together with leading world-wide manufacturers in the food and beverage industry.”
IDFA President and CEO Connie Tipton said her association “is proud to partner with these trade show leaders and to continue our tradition of bringing industry suppliers, processors and manufacturers together so they can find profitable business solutions, discover new technologies and see the innovations that are abundant in our industry.”
