There are a lot of great options for desserts out there, and dairy-based desserts are some of the best (at least that’s the opinion this Dairy Foods editor). So, this month we’re asking readers:

Last month, we asked – What’s your favorite dairy snack?

The results are in, and it may surprise you:

Ice cream is the winner! The poll revealed that ice cream/novelties was the favorite with 28% of the vote. Coming up behind that was cheese with 22% of the vote, and yogurt close behind with 21%. Greek yogurt received 9% of the vote, milk/milk drinks 8% and cottage cheese 7%. Bringing up the rear was dairy dips with 4%.
