TIC Gums expanded its portfolio of texture and stability solutions for instant protein beverages to include non-GMO and organic options. The new products include Ticaloid Ultrasmooth NGMO, a non-GMO alternative, and Ticaloid OG 1155 as an organic option.

Harpak-ULMA partnered with Cryovac Sealed Air to offer its Cryovac Darfresh rollstock technology on ULMA TFS thermoformers. The Darfresh systems offer a tight form-fitting second skin that seals up to the edge of the product, holding the product in place for vertical display. Harpak-Ulma also announced that DIGI, its partner and a global leader in weigh/price/label systems for distribution, is now certified by the National Conference on weights and measures.
