Butterfields Butter introduces lactose-free spreadable butter line
Butterfields Butter LLC, Rocky Mount N.C., introduced a lactose-free spreadable butter to its line. The butter, made with canola oil, filtered water, butter fat and salt, is also casein free. Sold in 15-ounce packages, the new butter has a suggested retail price of $3.35.
