Autocrat Natural Ingredients has purchased Coffee Extracts & Ingredients (CE&I), a source and supplier of Fair Trade, organic and Rainforest Alliance coffees.

Patrick Holmes, Autocrat CEO, said CE&I’s “highly regarded reputation in sourcing sustainable coffees and Autocrat’s well-established product portfolio will be combined to offer our customers an expanded selection of product offerings as we continue to provide innovative product solutions.”

Autocrat, based in Lincoln, R.I., said it has made significant investments in research and development. CE&I is based in Lincoln, R.I.
