Karl Schnell introduced the latest generation of its Process Automat FC2-400 Type 144 for the production of viscous processed and cream cheese products. Some of the new improvements are:  production of fine emulsions with coarse ingredients, without additional mixer or second machine; improved hygienic execution; pump-free complete discharge of the bin also with high-viscosity products; and easy CIP cleanability.
