Ivarson offers a complete series of scrape surface heat exchangers for crystallization and processing of butter, spreads, margarine and related fat products. The new Convector scraped surface heat exchangers offer an innovative heavy-duty mechanical seal assembly. The units are built standard for product pressures of 1,000 PSI. The heat exchangers are designed for ammonia or freon cooling systems with improved evaporation efficiency. They are built in the United States according to 3A, USDA and ASME standards.
