Milk Processor Education Program (MilkPEP) — U.S. Agriculture Secretary Ann Veneman has appointed or re-appointed 10 members of the MilkPEP board. Re-appointed to serve a second term are Rachel Kyllo, vice president of marketing for Marigold Foods; John Robinson, Dean Foods chief operating officer of private label and Morningstar operations; and J.T. Wilcox, director of operations for Wilcox Dairy Farm.
