    PROCESSORS
    Dreyer’s Grand Ice Cream Holdings Inc. — Doug Holdt has been named executive vice president and chief financial officer of the Oakland, Calif.-based company.
    Foremost Farms USA — Mark Peterson has been named director of operations for the Baraboo, Wis.-based company’s cheese division.
    Oakhurst Dairy — John Bennett has been promoted to vice president of sales for the Portland, Maine-based company.
    Old Home Foods Inc. — Geoff Murphy was promoted to chief executive officer of the St. Paul, Minn.-based cultured processor upon the retirement of Rick Hanson, who will remain chairman of the board.

    AIS Container Handling — Ann Idalski has been promoted to materials supervisor for the Dutton, Mich.-based company.
    The Kennedy Group — Kevin Marrie has been promoted to channel sales logistics manager for the Cleveland-based company.
    Portola Packaging Inc. — Brian Bauerbach has been named president and chief executive officer of the San Jose, Calif.-based company.
    Silliker Inc. — Craig Scorah has been named division vice president of operations for the Homewood, Ill.-based company, and Mamatha Whitwell has been appointed laboratory director of Silliker’s Grand Prairie, Texas, testing facility.
    SPX Process Equipment — Dave Slovik has been appointed parts manager for the Delavan, Wis.-based company’s Premier Mill product line.

    The Solae Co. — Jonathan McIntyre has joined the St. Louis-based company as vice president of research and development.
    OBITUARIES
    Formost Packaging Machines Inc. — Alvin Formo, 85, the Woodinville, Wash.-based company’s founder, chief executive officer and poly bag packaging pioneer, died April 19.
