The company has reformulated its low-fat pasteurized process cheese products to include phytosterols, which are natural compounds derived from plants that are recognized for
reducing blood cholesterol. A 1-oz serving of the cheese
contains 55 calories, 2.5g fat and 0.65g phytosterols.
The cheeses come in four flavors -- extra sharp Cheddar, Cheddar, jalapeno Jack and mozzarella -- and two forms -- 8-oz chunks and 8-oz slices.
