Tetra Pak Hoyer
The Hoyer Frigus LF 1000-F1 is a new high-speed low-temperature freezer from Tetra Pak Hoyer. The new freezer promises top cost efficiency and premium quality. As part of a complete ice cream production line, this highly efficient machine guarantees top quality and good sensory properties even in low-fat products.

Unlike traditional continuous freezers which chill ice cream mix down to -6°C, the Hoyer Frigus LF 1000-F1 cools mix rapidly to -12°C prior to filling. Filled products can, in many cases, then be transported direct to the cold store, sidestepping the cooling tunnel and securing maximum production throughput. This super-efficient freezing capability paves the way for even more cost savings via fat reduction. Due to the formation of smaller crystals when frozen at very low temperatures, low-fat ice cream can maintain a high level of creaminess and a warm, full-bodied mouthfeel. The Hoyer Frigus LF 1000-F1 is initially available for bulk production. Another version for sandwich products is planned for launch early in 2004. The machine also offers easy installation.

WCB Ice Cream
The CS Freezer from WCB Ice Cream  line was engineered from the ground up to provide features, which make a cleanable and "open" freezer design, with accessibility to the heart of the machine for quick wash down. WS Freezers were designed for easy cleaning and maintenance. Also from WCB Ice Cream is the newest generation of the WS series, the WS-EU freezer with a simplified control system, including a color touch-screen and electronic level control for ammonia or Freon. Other features include open design for easy cleaning and maintenance access, modular design: 1, 2, or 3 cylinders and low cost for maintenance. Capacity ranges for four models span 200 to 3,000 litres/hour. It is simple to operate, and features all stainless steel wash down construction.
