The competition seeks innovative dairy product concepts and is open to undergraduate and graduate students in the U.S.

The purpose of this hub is to continue supporting those who innovate with dairy to produce products that drive sales and trust across the industry. 

“Undercover Nutrition: A Symposium Decrypting Food and Dairy Matrix Science,” took place in Washington D.C., Feb. 21 and 22.

This year’s program, called Super School Meals, focused on Super Bowl host market Las Vegas and throughout Nevada.

PIPA LLC, artificial intelligence (AI) provider in Nutrition and Ingredient Innovation and Dairy Management Inc. (DMI), a national dairy research and promotion organization, announced a partnership to further explore the full spectrum of dairy's health benefits. 

DMI manages the national dairy checkoff program.

Speech was made to 780 dairy farmers and industry representatives attending the 2023 joint annual meeting of the United Dairy Industry Association, National Dairy Promotion and Research Board and National Milk Producers Federation held in Orlando, Fla, Nov. 14-15.

The National Dairy Promotion and Research Board (NDB), through Dairy Management Inc., which manages the national dairy checkoff, annually awards $2,500 scholarships to 11 students.

The bulk of the cheese will be used internationally through an effort with a major quick-serve restaurant pizza chain and a U.S. cheese company.

The dairy checkoff will shift to the "Fuel Up" platform with a goal of bringing new and diverse partners together to expand opportunities to increase access to dairy.
