Nestled in the rolling hills of west central Wisconsin 35 miles southeast of La Crosse, Wis., Westby Cooperative Creamery was founded on October 31, 1903, with humble beginnings as a butter and dried milk producer. 

Irvine, Calif.-based Good Culture says it debuted four new products, including its first-ever lactose-free line and a squeezable classic sour cream pouch. 

Westby, Wis.-based Westby Cooperative Creamery says it introduced an all-natural sour cream squeezable pouch to its retail line of dairy products.
