Yummy Industries LLC offers premium snacking with Cheese Bits and their Mozzamini Wasabi Pearls. The Riverbank, Calif.-based company notes they taste great on everything from a cheese board, to a tuna salad, to salad.

Cheese Bits’ founders have robust experience making premium snacking cheeses in Europe. However, they realized such a category was virtually non-existent in the U.S., with snacking cheeses primarily falling under less elevated options like string cheeses. So, they decided to bring this heritage and technology to Northern California, and began producing their Mozzamini line using only milk from local dairies. In fact, their products now carry the prestigious California Milk Advisory Board “Real California Milk” seal.

Mozzamini come in three different forms and several flavors, sure to tantalize the taste buds with zero prep or slicing, the company says. Mozzamini Pea-sized Pearls are available in five flavors: Original, Smoked, Strawberry, Smoked Wasabi and Wasabi, which recently took Silver in the International Style with Flavor category at the 2023 American Cheese Society Judging and Competition.

Mozzamini by Cheese Bits are available in premium cheese cases nationwide at such retailers as Kroger, Raley’s and Harris-Teeter for a suggested retail price of $5.99 for a 3.5-ounce package.
