The Hydro-Thermal EZ Heater Skid for Dairy is a fully integrated, plug-and-play steam injection heating system delivering precise, on-demand temperature control for critical dairy processes. At a Wisconsin dairy facility processing more than 1 million gallons of milk per day into fresh Wisconsin cheese, three EZ Heater skids are installed throughout the plant to heat CIP solutions reliably and efficiently. Powered by proven direct steam injection technology, the system provides instantaneous heating without scorching or fouling. Factory-assembled and tested, the compact skid reduces installation time and ensures dependable startup. The result is improved sanitation performance, consistent temperatures, reduced downtime, and maximum operational reliability, according to the company.
