Super Bowl LVIII will mark Drumstick's first-ever Super Bowl ad.

The 30-second spot will air on Sunday, Feb. 11 during the game’s third quarter and the brand is giving an early “taste” of what’s to come. The commercial will be a continuation of the brand’s cheeky campaign, “Another Day, Another Drumstick,” built around a simple idea, that anytime is the right time for a Drumstick.

The brand enlisted actor and comedian, Eric Andre to star alongside the brand’s spokesperson, Dr. Umstick, a doll-sized bon vivant who is obsessed with Drumsticks (and craves them constantly throughout his exploits).

In addition, there will be a cheeky petition + consumer sweepstakes rallying around the iconic sundae cone’s first foray onto the biggest marketing stage.  It’s been estimated that the day after the Super Bowl, about 19 million Americans will take the day off work - and Drumstick thinks everyone should take that day, without dipping into sick days.  Leading up to Super Bowl, the brand will kick off a #DrumstickMonday petition to make the day after Super Bowl a national holiday as well as a contest, inspiring us all to seize some adventure. Drumstick and their affable spokesperson, Dr. Umstick, will be encouraging Americans to maximize their time off, prescribing them with a dose of unexpected fun and adventure. Consumers can enter the sweepstakes to share how they would spend their #DrumstickMonday and one lucky winner will have their #DrumstickMonday dreams fulfilled.
