Agropur named Maxime Devourdy president, Ingredients and Corporate Strategy.

Devourdy is a member of Agropur’s Senior Management Committee and most recently served the organization as vice president, Corporate Development and Sustainable Growth Strategy. He oversaw the review of Agropur’s corporate strategy, the implementation of its first phase of transformation and the evolution of its sustainability efforts. 

Devourdy is now assuming the responsibilities previously held by Dan LaMarche, who will soon retire from Agropur after more than three decades in the dairy industry. Dan LaMarche joined Agropur in 2008 as part of the Cooperative’s acquisition of Wisconsin-based Trega Foods and became president of ingredients in 2022. LaMarche will continue to offer his expertise during this transition until April 2024.
