Hydrite, an integrated manufacturer and supplier of chemicals and related services, was recognized as a 2023 Top Workplaces award winner by the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel. Hydrite was honored for creating high employee experience and exceptional workplaces. Hydrite has won Top Workplaces six other years in the past.

The Top Workplaces award is based on employee feedback gathered through a third-party engagement survey. The survey assesses an organization using several factors, including 15 research-based culture drivers and three statements that measure employee engagement.
