Phoenix-based Shamrock Farms said it teamed up with Christopher Collins, renowned chef and restaurateur, and family-owned, award-winning Slane Irish Whiskey (Slane Castle Irish Whiskey Ltd.) to offer consumers “the next cocktail craze of the season.” Collins created a number of cocktail and other recipes using Shamrock Farms eggnog and Slane Irish Whiskey that will have consumers “craving eggnog all winter long.”

The holiday partnership with Slane Irish Whiskey is a “seamless brand fit,” Shamrock Farms said, as both companies are family-owned and share similar values and Irish roots. In addition, Chef Collins has been a long-term partner of Shamrock Farms and Shamrock Foods, “and as a local Arizona chef just down the street from the dairy, working together on this campaign was a no brainer,” Shamrock Farms said.

Shamrock Farms said it is promoting the partnership and recipes through paid media, social media and other earned media tactics.
