Shamrock Farms adds caffeine to its ready-to-drink protein beverage line
Rockin’ Protein Energy combines milk with cold-brew coffee.
Shamrock Farms, Phoenix, added Rockin’ Protein Energy to its line of ready-to-drink protein beverages. The drink combines high-quality protein from milk and natural caffeine from cold-brew coffee. According to Shamrock Farms, Rockin' Protein Energy meets consumer demand for a healthy, sustainable source of energy without the crash.
"With Rockin' Protein Energy, we're solving an unmet need for consumers by offering a natural way to energize the day," said Ann Ocaña, chief marketing officer for Shamrock Farms. "It's a great-tasting protein beverage that delivers the energy people crave."
Rockin' Protein Energy is available in three coffee-inspired flavors, including Café Latte, Mocha Latte and Caramel Latte. Each 12-ounce bottle has 30 grams of protein. Shamrock Farms said Rockin' Protein Energy is low-calorie, low-carb, lactose-free and has no artificial growth hormones or added sugars.
Rockin' Protein has athletic partnerships with the University of Arizona and Arizona State University, and is working with Team Rockin' athlete ambassadors to help spread the word about the drink, Shamrock Farms said.

Rockin' Protein Energy is available at major retailers and grocery stores in Arizona, including Walmart, Safeway, Albertson's, Bashas, Circle K and QuikTrip, and is rolling out nationally this summer.
