In honor of National Dairy Month and the hard work and passion that goes on in the dairy industry, Dairy Management Inc. (DMI) will unveil a mural at Crave Brothers Farm and Crave Brothers Farmstead Cheese in Waterloo, Wis., on June 13. Crave Brothers said Rosemont, Ill.-based DMI selected its operation as one of seven locations across the nation to install painted murals this summer.

The mural’s reveal is planned in coordination with the Farm’s Green Energy Showcase on June 13. The program includes an opportunity to learn about the family business, sustainable agriculture practices, modern agriculture technology, animal husbandry and green energy production, as well as a bus and farm tour.

Crave Brothers said it is known for its iconic cheeses and commitments to its cows, sustainability practices and customers. The 52-foot mural will be front and center on the newest addition of the company’s cheese-making facility. It captures the story of the environmentally conscious family behind the company and the family values that drive the business.

“We are honored to be chosen by DMI to celebrate June is Dairy Month with the mural,” said Mark Crave, herd manager and personnel manager for the company. “We invite everybody to enjoy their favorite dairy products in June and all year long.”

As part of the multi-year Undeniably Dairy campaign for DMI, this year’s National Dairy Month celebration includes large-format murals, podcasts and events to spotlight dairy devotees from every part of the farm-to-community chain.
