MKP Products LLC creates wellness teas called Role Tea

MKP Products LLC, Springfield, Va., now offers a line of ready-to-drink (RTD) wellness teas called Role Tea. Each product in the lineup features 400 milligrams of turmeric or cinnamon extract to help fight inflammation, according to the company. The tea comes in three flavors: turmeric ginger apple, turmeric ginger peach and cinnamon apple. It is sold in 12-ounce bottles for a suggested retail price of $2.99 in Washington, D.C.; Baltimore; and Louisville, Ky.; as well as on the brand’s website. The cinnamon apple variety contains 100 calories and 24 grams of sugar per 12-ounce serving.
