Brothers Desserts, Irvine, Calif., rebranded classic bon bons with new flavors. The handmade bon bons feature ice cream dipped in dark chocolate in three flavors: vanilla, mint and salted caramel. The vanilla flavor contains 110 calories, 8 grams of fat and 10 grams of sugar per two bon bons. The frozen dessert is available in Northern California and for distribution in Texas for Bristol Farms and Gelson’s. The suggested retail price is $5.99 to $6.99 per 12-count box.
