    Anti-caking system from Allied Blending is allergen-free

    The Flow Lite anti-caking system from Allied Blending contains no allergens or taste, produces minimal dusting, and provides excellent flowability for maximum production line speeds. It is also GMO-free and all-natural, which makes it a preferred carrier for antimycotics and oxygen scavenging systems. It is said to minimize browning in all pizza and baked cheese applications better than any other anti-caking system. The company also produces proprietary casein-free analog cheese blends for a cost-effective alternative to casein-based processed cheeses. The Cheese-Mor family of all-in-one blends is ideal for a variety of applications, including pizza toppings, cheese applications, individually wrapped slices and vegan formulations.
