    Page & Pedersen software provides full traceability

    The CheeseCrafter total production and quality control software from Page & Pedersen International provides full traceability and registers every ingredient used, recording key data, including description, SKU (where appropriate), batch number and expiration date. Ingredients are then linked with the specific batch of cheese in which they were used. The software facilitates automation of myriad critical production control points to ensure consistency in production from day to day. Full transparency is realized in real-time for each batch, supported by four separate but completely integrated customizable databases, in which results are available at the touch of a button. Critical control points for quality purposes are also included in the software system and can be customized to individual requirements.
