The Model 3001EW from General Machinery Inc. (Genmac) was designed to maximize profitability of cutting 40-pound blocks into retail portions. Several selectable operation modes reduce giveaway, reduce trim and increase production. The automated patented cutting head adjusts itself to cut any weight/size portion with very little changeover time.
