LT Industries’ analyzer is designed to improve quality control and production in dairy processing. The new IsoPharm dairy analyzer allows for real-time online process monitoring, includes CIP/SIP probes and can measure up to 20 process points.  Common measurements include fat, protein, lactose, solids, solids non-fat, casein and pH. The machines can integrate directly into existing control systems. They are designed to measure all varieties of dairy: milk, powders, creams, butter, cheese and intermediate products.
