Virginia Dare, Brooklyn, N.Y., and China’s We-e Flavors formed a joint venture to establish a new full service flavor company based in Shanghai.

Blue Diamond, Sacramento, Calif., opened a 6,500 square-foot Almond Innovation Center. The company said it is the world’s only research center dedicated to designing cutting-edge almond products.
Packaging solutions supplier tna, Birmingham, England, opened a manufacturing hub in Birmingham. The site provides a logistical base for the company’s sales, technical service and project management capabilities in Europe.
