Darien, Conn.-based Norseland Inc., the importer of Jarlsberg, introduced new Jarlsberg Hickory Smoked cheese. The new cheese is cold-smoked over hickory chip embers, giving it a subtle smoky flavor. It’s available in 8-ounce wedges and 5- and-10-pound loaves. The suggested retail price is $9.99 to $11.99 per pound.
