Cheesemaking equipment: MACH II ultrasonic cheese cutter by Coprodev

The high rate MACH II ultrasonic cheese cutter, designed by Coprodev Plus, was created to produce precise cuts of long cheese bars. The cutter is capable of reaching up to 200 portions per minute. These bars, usually produced from 640-pound cheese blocks, are automatically fed by the X-11 secondary cutters. 3D cameras are used to measure with precision the dimensions of the cheese bars. Advanced software is used for the exact weight control with automatic density tracking.
