Huhtamaki acquires Paris Packaging
Huhtamaki acquired the assets and business of Paris Packaging Inc., a privately held manufacturer of specialty folding cartons. Paris Packaging employs 300 people in plants located in Paris, TX, Andalusia, AL and Hopkinsville, KY and adds to Huhtamaki North America a new product platform, a talented workforce and a stronger manufacturing presence in the South and Southeast. “Paris Packaging’s high quality specialty folding cartons are an excellent addition to Huhtamaki’s product portfolio of tableware, cups, containers, carriers, trays and serviceware,” says Clay Dunn, president, Huhtamaki North America.
