The new protein shakes are the perfect grab-and-go breakfast for on-the-go women. Each shake is ready to drink and comes in a convenient, single-serving, reclosable plastic bottle - giving women the perfect partner for all-day, weight-management success. Each meal replacement shake contains 10 grams of protein and five grams of fiber to help take the edge off hunger. And at 190 calories, the Milk Chocolate shake also provides vitamins A, C, D and E, along with other nutrients like calcium, which are necessary for women managing their weight.
