“TicaPAN Quick Crunch dries up to 20% faster than gum arabic, making it ideal for sealing, hard panning and chocolate panning confectioneries in both sugar and non-sugar alternatives. In addition to providing crunch, using TicaPAN Quick Crunch allows for a whiter shell to be achieved,” Akins said.
