Wells' Dairy Partners with Disney for Kid-focused Products

Le MARS, Iowa -- "The bunny" and "the mouse" are doing some business together. Wells' Dairy Inc., is teaming up with Disney Consumer Products in a long-term effort to produce and market a variety of packaged ice cream, novelties and fresh yogurt under the Disney brand.
Le MARS, Iowa -- "The bunny" and "the mouse" are doing some business together. Wells' Dairy Inc., is teaming up with Disney Consumer Products in a long-term effort to produce and market a variety of packaged ice cream, novelties and fresh yogurt under the Disney brand.
The product line will feature several Disney characters including Mickey Mouse, Winnie the Pooh, and Disney/Pixar's Buzz Lightyear. Available this spring, the products come with high expectations.
Research conducted by Wells' Dairy indicates that half of women and children believe new products like Disney Yo-Pals Yogurt Featuring Winnie the Pooh would be more appealing than the brand they usually buy.
