Serac Inc.
September 1, 2003
A nozzle which allows a 50% reduction in the foam generated by the filling has been introduced by Serac. The Multiflow nozzles are designed for the aseptic filling of dairy products and beverages, obtain better results than the nozzles with meshes used until now. Less foam means reducing the risks of splash or overflow, in order to obtain a better hygiene and also allows for full-volume filling. Each nozzle is adjustable from the control panel, enabling an immediate adjustment to the product specifications. To obtain an optimum filling quality, the operator selects on his control panel the product to be filled, so that each nozzle is adjusted automatically.
