Southeast Milk originally built the plant as an ultrafiltration plant to condense milk to cut freight expenses when milk was most abundant in the spring months.
Wooten brings more than 20 years of industry experience to the position, including work in producer payroll services, milk procurement, milk marketing and supply chain. She most recently worked at the dairy supply chain integration software firm, Dairy.com.
