Sartori Cheese made its debut in the snacking category with a pair of portable, poppable products. The Plymouth, Wis.-based artisan cheese company unveiled brand-new Cheese Bites in two signature flavors: MontAmoré Cheddar and Italian Herb Cheddar.

Wisconsin is a world of cheese in just one state, earning 92 total awards in 52 different classes at the 2024 American Cheese Society Competition Awards Ceremony held in Buffalo, N.Y.
The global event brings together cheesemakers, retailers, buyers and food commentators worldwide to judge more than 4,000 cheeses from over 40 countries.

Wisconsin cheese artisans grabbed 25% of all awards presented at the World Cheese Awards in Trondheim, Norway, in October, with Marieke Gouda of Thorp, Wis., earning the most awards of any United States competitor.
