The California Milk Advisory Board (CMAB), the marketing order representing California dairy producers, announced the development of the California Dairy Innovation Center (CDIC), a collaborative effort to further product-oriented innovation and enhance productivity for California dairy.

Family-owned Casper’s Ice Cream is counting on its product quality, differentiated brands and nimble but measured approach to see it through another 95 years.
Casper Merrill did not invent the frozen novelty. Christian Kent Nelson, a high school teacher who lived in Iowa, is credited with that achievement, creating a stickless product dubbed the “I Scream Bar” in 1920.

Pierre’s Ice Cream Co. said it created a special line of ice cream pints in recognition of all COVID-19 pandemic heroes — everyone who has adapted, struggled, sacrificed and persevered — and to raise money for local food banks.
