Each year, Dairy Foods and the American Dairy Products Institute (ADPI) host the Membrane Technology Forum, an event that serves as a research update from the network of agencies, associations, suppliers and producers engaged in the dynamic field of membrane filtration and separation. Suvash Kafley, vice president of Growth and Commerical Strategy, Agropur, will deliver the speech: "Selective by Design: Turning Filtration Outputs to Reach Dairy's Next Value Frontier," on June 3 at 2:30 to 3 p.m. The event will take place at the DoubleTree by Hilton in Bloomington, Minn.

Doug Peckenpaugh's speech will be titled: Market Spotlight: "Dairy Foods, Beverages and Ingredients."

Alfa Laval shares how membrane technology can improve juice production practices.

Dr. Jie Song, Senior Research Scientist, DuPont, will speak at its tradeshow on June 3.

The speech, "Toward the Approval and Application of Novel Zwitterionic Membranes for the Dairy Industry," will take place on June 3 at 2 p.m. during the event, presented by Dairy Foods and ADPI, and taking place at the DoubleTree in Bloomington, Minn.

Dr. Reza Foudazi, Associate Professor, University of Oklahoma, will speak about Synthesis of Antifouling Filtration Membranes on June 3.
