Innovative ice cream and cultured dairy products inspired by classic comfort food and international flavors shined this week at the International Dairy Foods Association's (IDFA) annual Innovative Ice Cream Flavor and Innovative Cultured Dairy Product competitions, co-sponsored by Dairy Foods magazine.
Prior to the COVID-19 pandemic, consumers already were showing “deep interest” in their own health and wellbeing (and that of animals and the planet), according to Chicago-based ADM. And that interest-only intensified with the arrival of the pandemic.
The offerings include two yogurt products and one dairy alternative.

Good Culture wanted to celebrate all the ridiculous good in the world during the holiday season and asked its community to nominate "ridiculously good people" — a friend or loved one who makes the world better.
Looking at the top 10 list of health positioning for new yogurt products worldwide over the last two years (based on a report from Innova Market Insights), it is a bit surprising that “no-/low-/reduced-fat” tops the list, with “high source of protein” coming in a close second.
