Ben & Jerry's parent company officially demerges from Unilever

The Magnum Ice Cream Co. (TMICC) has been demerged from Unilever plc and is now considered the world's largest standalone ice cream business. TMICC stock began trading on the Amsterdam Stock Exchange on Dec. 8.
The company has a history dating back more than 100 years. According to a company filing, it has a 21% global market share and achieved 7.9 billion euros of earnings in 2024 (equivalent to approximately $9.3 billion).
TMICC is parent to many major ice cream brands, including Ben & Jerry's, Breyer's, Magnum, Popsicle, Talenti and Yasso.
