DairyPure, a brand of Dean Foods Co., Dallas, introduced Smooth cottage cheese, a double-blended cottage cheese that creates a thick, rich and smooth snacking experience. As the latest extension of the DairyPure cottage cheese line, Smooth is an innovative snack that offers consumers the perfect amount of nutrients to fuel themselves with protein, DairyPure said.

Smooth is available in three dessert-like flavors, including ‘Smores, Raspberry and Original. The offering is partly geared toward consumers who may have shied away from trying cottage cheese in the past, the brand said.  

The single-serve cups contain between 15 and 19 grams of protein and have no artificial flavors, sweeteners or growth hormones. DairyPure Smooth is available at select Walmart locations nationwide; the suggested retail price is $1.28.
