ADPI releases annual ‘Dairy Products Utilization and Production Trends’ publication
The publication contains the only industrywide data collected on the commercial uses of dry and condensed milks, whey products and lactose ingredients.
The American Dairy Products Institute (ADPI), Elmhurst, Ill., said it released for purchase the results of its annual "Dairy Products Utilization and Production Trends" survey.
"Understanding the global market for dairy ingredients — the production and utilization trends, as well as changing export numbers — is crucial for developing a successful marketing strategy to increase the worldwide use of these nutritious and functional products," said Steve Griffin, ADPI’s director of finance and editor of the publication.
