The kefir, which is blended with full-fat milk and fruit purée, comes in 32-ounce bottles. The real fruit line is available nationwide in three flavors: Strawberry, Raspberry and Blueberry. Each 8-ounce serving of kefir provides 11 grams of protein and 12 live and active probiotic cultures. Lifeway said growing consumer demand for probiotic-rich foods allows the company to continue to provide a variety of whole-food options for those who want to incorporate healthy, microbiome-supporting nutrition into their lifestyle. The kefir has a suggested retail price of $4.99.
