Tickets for Cheese Champion — a reception featuring cheeses, cheesemakers, craft breweries and the exciting moment when the new U.S. Champion will be named for the first time — are now available for purchase, said the Madison, Wis.-based Wisconsin Cheese Makers Association. Held on March 7, 2019, from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at the KI Convention Center in downtown Green Bay, Wis., Cheese Champion is the crowning event of the 2019 U.S. Championship Cheese Contest.
