Hiland Dairy, Springfield, Mo., released its spring egg nog and chocolate marshmallow flavored milk along with two new flavors, orange crème and strawberry crème, to celebrate spring.   

The orange crème flavor has 230 calories, 7 grams of fat, 35 grams of sugar and 7 grams of protein per 1-cup serving.

The flavors can be enjoyed on their own or added to smoothies, homemade ice cream or coffee, the company suggested. All four flavors are available in colorful quart-sized packages in all stores that carry Hiland Dairy products (stores in Missouri, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Texas, Kansas, Nebraska, Iowa and the fringes of bordering states).

The flavors will be available through mid- to late-April. The suggested retail price is $2.49 per quart.
